Fido Brightstar issue

I have filed claim for my lost device and everytime I contact brightstar, it is a harassment trip for me as a customer. I have filed my claim on dec. 9 and still they have not processed my request. To whom can a complaint be filed against brightstar other than CRTC ?

It's certainly not the experience we want you to have when you process a claim.
