I have filed claim for my lost device and everytime I contact brightstar, it is a harassment trip for me as a customer. I have filed my claim on dec. 9 and still they have not processed my request. To whom can a complaint be filed against brightstar other than CRTC ?
I am having the worse experience as well, i keep getting run around and its a nightmare even after providing all the information requested by the agents.
do we need to complain to CRTC or media?
