Hello,

 

I have not received my bill credit for my approved referral. I contacted support email but I am getting a
generic response, stating that we are checking, for many weeks. Please help.

Hi @azimsurani786 , I understand you're waiting for your referral credit. Have you checked the status on your referral page? It will show if it is still pending or in process. I think it took about 3 months from referral to receiving my credit. If you saved your referral link, your information will show there. Cheers

Yes, I checked the status, and all 3 of them are approved. But I received the credit for 2 months only.
