I joined Fido network a mo the ago. My package I am to pay 47 monthly. So my first bill was about 94 which I understand. Now I see a bill of 148$ for the second month. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Have you had a chance to look at your invoice details to see exactly what you are being charged for? I would suggest you start there to understand what you are being charged for and if there are still any discrepancies you can always reach out to customer support to have it clarified.
