Dispute on billing , Promo and Cashback

Hi, I am trying to reach out to customer care for more than a week but not able to reach out due to long waiting time. 

 

Please respond below questions. 

 

1. Dispute on last bill: I have been charged $7 for extra data usage. Although I have switched off data just after I got sms from FIDO regarding the reaching the limit of data. Please remove the 7$ extra data charge in the last bill. 
2. No promotion applied on plan change: Please activate the 2 gb promotion on my plan, I did the plan change, but it was not reflected yet. 
3. Cashback Offer: I was supposed to get $20 cashback for 24 month, it is not started. Please check and correct as soon as possible. 

 

I am not able to reach out to customer care on it, if it is not resolved. I will stop using FIDO and move to someother service provider.
