I recently upgraded my device through a customer service rep.
He offered me a deal based on being a loyal customer and specially for me and I went ahead with it and ordered my phone.
Now I am being charged more from what I was confirmed over phone while making the order.
The supervisors accepts that it was a fault on their end to make such an offer and are giving me options that appears to be making me at fault.
If you are accepting that a mistake was made at your end, why not honor the offer made to the customer?
I would really appreciate if you guys can honor what was offered in the first place and not misguide the customers.
Because it seems like I was not only one to whom that deal was offered and the posts on this forum suggests otherwise.
And would love to hear soon from you about what you have to offer to resolve this.
Hey @Amit_Choudhary! Philippe here. I hope you're doing well.
I'm sad to read about your experience. That's certainly not the way we want you to feel when getting a new phone!
We'll be happy to review this for you via PM, if you wish, to see what we can do. Just let us know.
