Can’t even talk to customer service

Everytime I make a call it's says "please contact your home cellular company"

  Sorry to hear you're having issues using your services. Are you currently outside of Canada or in an area of extended coverage? Since your issue might relate directly to your account, you would need to contact customer service.  I understand you might not be able to call customer service. Alternatively, you might consider sending @FidoSolutions a PM. Once they verify some information, they'll also be able to access your account. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above.
