Why is my device Balance not available in the mobile app? It used to be under the phone tab but not there anymore. I do not like having to leave the mobile app and go to web account to access this info.

For now, the best option is indeed to view the device balance through fido.ca. Thank you for your feedback about it though, we'll pass it along!
