Where can I view my detailed billing summary? Are you able to email it to me, please? I believe I have been overcharged.

Login to MY ACCOUNT on Fido's website then go to Billing & Payments --> View Bill then you should see Save / Print this bill (PDF) click on that and you will be able to save a PDF of your bill with all the details.
If your online account is blocked, we would need to take a look at the account in order to verify that.

Unfortunately we do not have a way to send you a copy of your monthly bill by email as this is not a secure means of sending you your billing details.
That said, you should not be having any difficutly accessing your bill online.
What happens when you try to view your bill through My Account? Are you getting an error message?
