Hello everyone,
I opened a new line and activiated the eSIM via the Fido website. After activiation I was having some issues with SMS so I thought I'd delete the eSIM off of the phone and re-add it. But it looks like I could not re-activate the same eSIM on the Fido website.
I have a flight to catch early tomorrow morning and won't have access to a Fido for the next few days. Is it possible for me to call Fido first thing in the morning and have them change or email me a new eSIM without me having to visit a Fido store?
