Data plan change fee

1) If i change my data plan do my existing add ons (like free 1000 min international calling) & benefits (like $10 credit every month) remain?

2) If i change (downgrade or upgrade) my data plan within a contract term will i need to pay a fee/penalty?

Usually, when changing plans all promotions drop off but you can contact customer service to verify if the offers will stay before you make the change.

If you change to plan in the same plan category you will not have to pay off the device balance (for example Data, Talk & Text to Data, Talk & Text).
If you decide to change to a different category (for example Data, Talk & Text to Talk & Text) you will be charged your outstanding Fido Payment Program balance.
