Is there any way to get customer service anymore?
Calling any of the phone numbers results in the automated system saying everyone is buys and then it hangs up on you.
The Ask Jack live chat doesn't actually work for ANY topic, and just directs you to call.
I've been a Fido customer since 2001 and this is complete nonsense.
I've been notified that I will start getting a new $3 service charge because Fido thinks I have a phone from 15 years ago because I have chosen to buy other phones and I literally cannot change this through the website or contact a human for assistance.
I hate to leave this company, but this is BRUTAL customer service and right now I am about this close to cancelling two phone lines and moving to a competitor.

Same here. Just being sent in circles and no clear answer or a way to talk to or chat with an agent. The final answer is that I may be charged $20 for getting help from an agent. Thinking about moving my number from Fido.

When you call Fido or dial *611, you interact with our new IVA - a system that understands and carries out voice commands as opposed to traditional touch tone technology (IVR) . This allows our customers to state their request simply to the IVA for fast, simple responses. If you are unable to complete your inquiry or transaction using the IVA or the self-serve options it proposes, it will allow you to schedule a flexible callback to speak to a Specialist rather than waiting on hold. Customers will then receive an SMS confirmation for their scheduled callback.

the number does not offer a callback time anymore. Just says they are busy and to call back later then hangs up.

I have had the same experience and tried using AskJack which is just a nail in the coffin.I am seriously considering moving to another provider

I am in a similar situation. No way to chat with an agent or speak with anyone. Fido increased the costs of my plans and now has reduced customer support to a non-existent level. Suppose this a clear signal to cancel my plans and move my business elsewhere

Literally in the exact same situation and can't get any help on it. The contact page has no information on how to contact them.
