Customer Service - Copy per Email

After the live-chat, I requested a copy of the chat per Email, yet did not receive anything.

As I have read on the Community posts that the messages from the live-chat is recorded, I wish to have a copy of it. How can I request it?

Welcome to the community!

When you finish a live chat session, you get a pop up on the chat that asks you if you want to get the chat log emailed to you. If so, you get to enter your email nd it's sent to you shortly.

Did you enter your email after the chat ended to get that emailed to you?
