Just a quick question.
When a credit or refund has been given to me due to invalid charges, does that include taxes as well? I've talked to an agent before and she gave me credit plus taxes. Earlier today, I talked to a different agent and he told me that taxes are not supposed to be included.
Hoping someone from Fido support team could answer.
