My credit Limit is at $500 and it's gone down to $360+ I'm just curious as to how or what's causing it to go down?

Hey @mariahdm!
I've moved your message here as it does deal with a similar topic.
As the solution mentions, keep in mind that a credit limit on an account is impacted by any pending charges as well as the current balance.
What this means is that if for example your balance is $450 and you have a $500 limit and during the month your account accrues over $50 of additional charges (example, $60 of data overages) then your credit limit would be reached and the account suspended.
Is it possible you have charges pending? These can include overages, long-distance charges, as well as any upgrade costs.
We suggest that you reach out to us so that we can double-check for you!

Hey @Hersheylorraine
The remaining amount on your credit limit goes down when you have pending charges on your account or if you have a balance due on your account.
Hope it helps!
