My Fido account seems to be reported to my TransUnion account but not to my Equifax account.
I will like this account to be reported to both agencies.
I've been getting conflicing information about this.
When I call in the tech support line for the Fido's credit department, The agent says that they ONLY report accounts if they are deliquent. He also checks with his supervisor who says the same thing.This doesn't make sense because even at this point, I have my Fido account already being reported to TransUnion.

Also,The forum seems to explains that he manages to get his account report to both agencies
Will anybody be able to clarify this issue?
