FIDO agents at the YYZ airport are selling plans and not disclosing the 50$ set up cost. They sold me a 35$ plan and now I have received a 98$ bill. Dishonest and fraud employees at FIDO, even more dissapointing is the response from Support team on twitter that have just shrugged off this from their plate and told me to connect with the agents who sold me the plan. This is highly disheartning that I am being made to travel to airport just to dispute this. I have landed in Canada and have been scammed by a national company. Can someone from FIDO take this up here? Else I would be forced to take this up legally.
