My statement has risen by about $20 this last month. There isn't anything on my invoice to suggest I went over my
limit. All calls have a zero amount. It is just about impossible to talk to anybody about this. Hope you can give me advise.
Did you save/print your full invoice details? See here for how to do that and maybe it will give you more information.
Also, is it possible you have a promotional discount that has expired? Usually, Fido will notify us on our invoice about any upcoming changes at least 3 months in advance so if you check your last 3 invoices you should see the notifications if that is what happened.
