Unlink Phone Number From VoIP Status

Hi, does anyone know if it's possible to unlink my phone number from previously being a VoIP number?I ported-out to Public Mobile then now to Fido and apps and websites still think is still a VoIP number, like for example Uber, Uber Eats, Yahoo, etc....
