Cannot view how much I owe for my phone.

I've checked my recent bills, on the app & website & I can't see it anymore. My contract ends in October.

Hi LM85, what you can do to check your payout balance is in the app, select upgrade my phone and it will show you what the balance on your existing phone is. Then just back out and don't complete the upgrade. And voila you will know your balance. 😉
