I've returned to my home country from Canada, and thus I wish to cancel my plan altogether. How do I get help with this?

If you wish to cancel your services, you would need to contact customer service. Alternatively, you might consider sending @FidoSolutions a PM. Once they verify some information, they'll also be able to access your account. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter.
