Hello, i cancelled 2 years ago in perosn in Charham after moving from Kitchener.
i tealized i am still being billed. I called today, they siad it was still live. I cancelled today(again). I asked about being refunded some money for the past 2 years. Was told they could not help by phone. I asked for wscalation or an ombudsman and they said to check the web. No address was given. Please help me address my cocnerns.

Sorry to hear of your situation. However, you should note these forums are community-driven and are not intended as a venue for customer support. I understand you were told they could not help when called, you would need to escalate your matter through customer support. Issues will only be referred to the Office of President or Ombudsman once the proper escalation process had already been exhausted (see here).
If you wished to address your matter, you would need to re-contact customer service and have them escalate your concern. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter.
