Connection fees waive

I got an offer from winback team and accepted it. The offer was for BYOD and the agent also said that the connection fees would be waived, however it is charged on first bill.

Please look into this and provide credit of $60 connection fees as promised.

Hello @Paul13 usually you would be charged the fee and will receive a credit by your 3rd invoice.
