Cancellation

Hi Fido

I am not happy  at all

I informed your office about leaving the country yet and I was told that my account was suspended instead cancel

However

I want my account cancel because      you are still sending me bills

To better understand what's going on, I'll need you to answer a few questions. 

 

Did you specifically request for your account to be cancelled or suspended?

 

When you request to cancel an account, you still receive a final bill!

1.Did you view the bill?

2.Does it say Final bill at the top? 

 

You can also log in to your Fido account to view if it's still active or cancelled.
