I purchased the device protection through Fido and very disappointing. It's useless to have it ,your paying your monthly and when the phone has a problem they're ignoring and rejecting you to claim the request that you deserved.Customer Service is very bad and rude people!!!Every time you call they will hang up on you that means they're not willing to help you to claim that your paying "Device Protection" Dont Purchase their device protection is a scam!!!your wasting your money!
