Cancellation within first day of service - over $100 bill

Hello,

I opened up a fido account, but had to cancel it within a day due to porting issues with my old plan.

The lady at T Booth told me that I would be charged just for the data I had used that day (36.16mb, totalling $1.67 + tax).
Today I had received a bill forthe one day's service for $108. According to my bill, I had used 36.16mb, a few text mesages, and about 15min of talk.

I was on an unlimited talk and tex plan with 9gb data.

 

Can you please help me understand the reason for this high bill?
