Please assist to cancel the service

Cancel my recent service with fido and do not force me.  Fido fucjed up my service presently for my phone and Koodo internet BOTH NOT WORKING.  NO MORE FIDO FOR ME ..GET IT.  68 YRS OLD AND CONFUSED.    NO MORE PATIENCE. GET IT.
