change number of rings for voicemail

I opened a chat with customer support, asking for the numbers to change to max. 

But they told me it's not possible, that is the standard time, and it can't be changed.

By that I mean I want the call to ring maximum number of times, before being forwarded to voicemail. I want it to ring more times. Not just 4 times.
