You will need to contact us through these channels so we can look into it with you. That said, if the order is already processed, it won't be possible for us to cancel it.
Have you received any confirmation indicating your order was received? If so, we won't be able to cancel it. You can always refuse to accept the delivery when the courrier services shows up, and this way it will be returned to us.
