Hi, I've moved on from Canada and need to cancel my account. I have a balance remaining on my phone.

When you cancel the account Fido will send you your final invoice which will include the remaining balance for the device and the days the line was active before the cancellation.


Only a Fido representative can process the cancellation, you will need to contact customer support to have it done. I would suggest you also notify them you are no longer in the country so they can ensure you get the final invoice and methods of how to send in your payment.


You can contact customer support even from outside of the country through any of the available methods listed here.
