I’ve been active with Fido for about 3 months, I am now eligible for a upgrade but can’t because there is a $300 credit limit on my account how do I resolve this to get the phone I want ?

Are you getting any error messaged when trying to complete your upgrade on line?
About the credit limit, this is only a limit on the amount due. When purchasing a device requiring a down payment, your payment is taken on the spot to avoid having an account balance owing more than $300 on your account. Otherwise, your services would become suspended immediately.
