I am out of Canada since last 15 days and want to put on hold my account, So I don't need to pay regular monthly charges. But since I am in India I try to contact Fido but no one is available to guide me or solve my problem. Even I try to connect through online chat but everything is useless. In this situation how to deal I have no idea. Can anyone face same issue let me know!!!!
