I'm trying to upgrade online to a Google Pixel 2, but I can't proceed further than step 2. Every time I try to coutinue onto the third step (Shipping), I get the the message:
We're sorry, this information is currently not available online. If you need help with your account, please call 1-888-481-FIDO (3436)
I've tried different browsers and even tried doing it from mobile, nothing works. Would it be easier to go to a Fido store in person?
That's definitely odd. Have you tried to clear your cache and cookies?
Going to a store would be an option. If you want to place the order online, I'd be happy to send you a PM here so we can take a peek at your account and see if there's something there preventing the upgrade.
