I'm trying to upgrade online to a Google Pixel 2, but I can't proceed further than step 2. Every time I try to coutinue onto the third step (Shipping), I get the the message:
We're sorry, this information is currently not available online. If you need help with your account, please call 1-888-481-FIDO (3436)
I've tried different browsers and even tried doing it from mobile, nothing works. Would it be easier to go to a Fido store in person?
Were you able to place your order online in the end?
If that's the case, could you let the Community know what steps you took to correct the error?
That's definitely odd. Have you tried to clear your cache and cookies?
