I've started using fido, without providing bank details.

When and how is supposed to charge the bill?

Welcome to the Community! Glad to know you're now part of the Fido family.

All our customers are migrating to online billing, so you should be able to find yours through My Account on fido.ca. That said, there are a few ways to pay your bill. You can find the details right here.
