Can't buy pre owned ipad 9

I've tried every method, website, webite on different browser, app and website on phone using different networks, contacted fido over 611, facebook and fido chat. All of which result in "I dont know what the problem is, sorry" I just want a dicounted ipad and for how much time I have invested in this Im about to leave fido

If you are unable to place the order online I would have suggested you call customer service but you said you call them so I'm puzzled why they would have not placed the order for you.
