I wanna cancel my Fido account as they are trapping me in their internal miscommunication. They are charging me a lot for international calls while the seller told me that It is included in my plan.

They said I'll get discount on the first day for the set up, now they're saying it will take 3billing cycles. I changed from another service provide for this nonsense.

I absolutely hate this service as an international student, this company is bankrupting me literally.  I am not going to pay any absurd money. Its so hard to even lodge a complaint.

I'm sorry if there was any misunderstanding regarding your plan. While some discount can be applied immediately, some may appear on a different invoice. 

Keep in mind that your plan details can be found at anytime on your account or on your bill.
