I just received my new Phone and need to update my Sim Card. When I go in My Services, there's just no option to update the Sim Card... unsure what to do
i had same problem. i used the fido.ca site couldnot activate the sim. had to gpto fido store. the sales person also couldnot activate the sim. had to get an new sim. so u may have goto the store and get new sim. have the store people activate the sim in store system.
