Can't access voicemail from my Phone

Hi!

i can't acces my voicemail from my phone i always have to dot it throught a landline.

when i'm trying trought my phone it just beeb once and then nothing ? can you plase help me!!

i tried to cancel and reactivated the call fowarding but  it seems the code are not working ....

Hey everyone,
Although this thread is a bit old, i'd like to update the information since I came upon it. Now we only have one retrieval number for all our customer EXCEPT for iphone visual voicemail users.
For regular voicemail : +1 416 821-6549
For visual voicemail : +1 647 839-6178

Sorry to hear about your voicemail issue. I'll see what I can do to help.

 

It sounds like you possibly have the incorrect voicemail center number stored. If it is a Fido phone, you can consult the user guide here to see how to modify it. The voicemail number depends on your phone number and when the voicemail feature was added, so I would suggest calling them to see which works before storing it in your settings. Here are the numbers:

Alberta, Manitoba & Saskachewan: +14037141123 or +14034012089

BC: +16046181123 or +17783175607

Quebec, Maritimes & Ottawa: +15149921123 or +15145838210

Ontario (except Ottawa): +14168221123 or +16478396134

 

When storing the number, be sure to enter the "+" sign before the number.

 

If the issue persists, I would suggest contacting customer service to ensure the voicemail feature was correctly added, they will be able to confirm which one should be stored and they will troubleshoot further if necessary.
