Unable to change address. My account app opens safari. Selected update billing address and safari displays greyed out screen.

Good morning @Bbcuekfislskd , did you try using a different browser? Sometimes it's an update that may have created an inconsistency between a website/app and the browser being used. I would suggest trying another browser like Firefox or Chrome and see if either of those gives you access. Also, check your apple updates, could be a safari update is required. If none of these work for you, a call to technical support would be your next step. You can reach them by dialing *611 from your device. Hope that helps
