Call logs not on phone bill

I am having a problem with my calls not showing up on my monthly bill via PDF. The calls have not been showing for months and I don't know why. It shows everything else expect for my call logs

All your call logs should be listed by number at the end off your invoice on the PDF version. If you're not seeing it there, I suggest you contact us here or request a PM from the community so we can take a look at your account.

I have downloaded bills from Aug 2021 to Dec2021 but it's not showing call details. Only I can see the data usage. I need my call logs for court proceedings.

Please email me the call log or update in my account and let me know when can I download it.
