So I was on call with fido regarding temporary suspension of the services, the customer care person told me to hold as he was doing the suspension. I waited and waited and then suddenly my call disconnected. I tried calling again 611 but then it said " sorry your home cellular company has not authorized as to provide service, please call your home cellular company for further info" and then call disconnects again. What do I do?
It seems your suspension was added with immediate effect and your services are blocked. The suspension does have to follow the bill cycle though so we'll take a look!
