Hi,

Someone used my credit card to pay for his phone bill. I have called my credit card company to freeze my credit card. At the meantime they told me I need to talk to Fido to handle the phone bill fraud transaction first. I have got the bill details which include his phone number etc. Can someone help me please? Please PM me for more details.

I am truly sorry to see you had this kind of experience. I can totally understand how this would be a worrisome situation. As much as we would love to be able to help you with this,  in these cases, it should really be dealt with directly with the financial institution. They're the best suited to help you with these concerns. They should be able to reverse the disputed charges and possibly change the card for you if it is being used without your consent.

I quoted your response to my credit card company and they agreed to return my money first. Thanks!
