Hi, I contacted Fido chat for a billing issue and they told me that they can't resolve my issue and can't launch a complaint. They asked me to post a message on community and someone will contact me for complaint details. I have the chat history saved.
so can anyone can help me how to file and escalate a complaint?
I spent a significant amount of time with the customer service and they advised me that they can't do anything and I sohuld contact this forum. This is running around in circles. Any leads for how I can post a complaint?
