Bank payment of bill

I made my bill payment at the bank yesterday and it still hasn't got credited to my FIDO account. My payment due date is 9th Jan. So if I have already made the payment and it still hasn't been credited will I be added late payment charges? Thank you.

  Welcome to the community!

  You should note that it can take upto 5 days for payments from the bank to be received by Fido (see here). If Fido does receive payment after your due date, you will likely incur late payment fees:

  If we do not receive payment of an amount due on your account by the specified required payment date, it will be subject to a late payment charge of 2% per month. This late payment charge will accrue on a daily basis and will be calculated and compounded monthly on the outstanding amount (26.82% per year) from the date of the first bill on which it appears until the date we receive that amount in full. ~ taken from Terms & Conditions.
