Automatic Payment preference not saving

Hello,

 

I'm having issues with having the website save my automatic payment preferences for my internet account. The system remembered my credit card preferences before my credit card expired, but refuses to save after I update the information with my renewed credit card. In fact, my new credit card has been set up for automatic payments for my mobile account, so I'm not sure why it won't save for my internet account. Anyone have any ideas?

Which browser are you using? Have you tried changing your browsers to see if it makes a difference?

Hello, I've tried using Chrome and Internet Explorer.

Can you try clearing your cache and cookies and restart?

Hello, I've just cleared cache and cookies from my browser and tried to set up automatic payments but it's still stuck on my old expired Credit Card.
