Since I'm out of Canada from last 3 months and don not plan to return soon, I'm not using the FIDO postpaid services but still I'm paying charges every month.
Hence, I want to cancel my account with FIDO in order to get away with these recurring charges. As I am not in Canada, i can't make a call to FIDO customer care to initiate the process.
Therefore, I request to guide me with the steps I can take to close my account with FIDO or if possible temporarily close my account until I come back.

We're sad to learn that you do plan on closing your account. That said, we can definitely understand that you won't be needing them as your outside of the country.
To discontinue your services you will have to get in touch with our customer care team.
We do have other methods of contact that you can use like live chat and Facebook Messenger. You can find all our contact methods here.
