Automatic Payment gift card

Hi,

 

In the fido app, it said that If I turn on my automatic payments, I will receive a $10 gift card, I turned on automatic payments but have not received a gift card yet, It has been 4 days. Just wondering how does this work?

Hi Daniela, I am wondering the same thing. This offer is on the message section in the Fido app. I got the message on November 10th, 2020 at 11:30PM and am a resident of QC. Let me know if you want me to attach the printscreen of the offer. Thanks.

I looked up the details of this offer, and here's how to apply for it :

  • Within the Fido XTRA section of the Fido app, choose the Automatic Payment promotion.
    You’ll then see more details on the perk and the steps to redeem.
    • You must check the checkbox in the Automatic Payment promo in Fido XTRA and the online gift option of your choice
    • You then need to sign up to Automatic Payments – link provided in the app or sign up on fido.ca
  • It may take up to 5 days to redeem your gift card code after you sign up for Automatic Payments.
    Make sure app notifications are turned on to get notified!
