I want to confirm my address

You should be able to find your billing address information on My Account. Smiley 


If you need to update it, you can also do the following:

1. Login to My Account on
2. Select Profile & Settings beneath the Fido banner.
3. Scroll down to Billing Settings and select Update billing address to edit.
4. Click Continue.
5. Click Close, if applicable, or proceed to the input code window.
6. Enter the code into the boxes on-screen and select Continue.
7. In the Change Billing Address pop-up, enter your new billing address.
8 .Start entering your new address to select a Canada Post match.
9. Select Continue.
10. Review your billing address and select Submit.
11. Click Done to return to the Profile & Settings page.
