Address Change Error 502

Hi, I am trying to change my address but it keeps saying Error 502. I tried different browser and cleaning cache. So, tell me something new to do or solve the issue for me.

Also trying to change address and getting error 502. So frustrating that you then have to call and wait.

Can you tell us which browsers you've used and if you're using a laptop or a smartphone?

 

Also, are you logged in with your email address as the account holder?

I am using Chrome. It's from my Laptop.

  1. Do you currently have your payments set up as Pre-authorized?
  2. Is there a pending order or change on your account?
  3. Are you getting the error message when trying to locate your address, or when submitting the change?
