Adding data to a talk & text plan

I know I can call or message fido totally to customer service to ask but I was wondering if I switch to a talk & text only plan, would I be able to go online & add some data for whenever I need it?

  As far as I am aware, the Data Add-ons are only available on plans with data (see here). So I don't think they would be available on a Talk & Text only plan.

I'm wondering as I don't really like to spend time using data ..if that makes sense.
