Hello, I have an account and called your client care line today. It directed me to pick a time and wait for a call. I chose 2:30 and they never called. Later in the day I figured I would try the live chat agent. I was waiting 3 hours for an agent and never got one. Just a very disappointing experience, I still do not have my problem solved. I am hoping the service isn’t always like this, I am new to this provider. Have a great day, sadly wasted a lot of mine pointlessly waiting for nothing.
